Refund Policy
ZKS Hajj Group is committed to providing high-quality services to ensure a smooth and fulfilling Hajj experience for all our pilgrims. We understand that plans may change, and we have established the following refund policy to outline the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Before Visa Stamping:
Pilgrims who cancel their booking before the Hajj visa is stamped are eligible for a full refund. This includes any payments made towards transportation, accommodation, and airline tickets, provided that these services have not been confirmed or booked.
Incomplete Services:
If ZKS Hajj Group has not completed the arrangements for transportation, accommodation, or airline tickets either in Saudi Arabia or Pakistan, pilgrims are eligible for a refund for the uncompleted services.
2. Refunds After Visa and Service Completion
Visa Stamping Completed:
If the Hajj visa has been stamped, the refund will be processed after deducting the visa cancellation fee, which is subject to the policies of the issuing authorities.
Airline Tickets Issued:
If airline tickets have been issued, the refund will depend on the cancellation policy of the airline. Any applicable airline ticket cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Other Services:
For services such as hotel bookings, transportation, or any other arrangements made by ZKS Hajj Group, refunds will depend on the cancellation policies of the respective service providers. Any applicable fees or non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking reference number and details of your cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of cancellation, provided all necessary documentation and approvals are received.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
Certain payments may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of processing and the terms and conditions of the service providers. ZKS Hajj Group will inform the pilgrim of any non-refundable amounts at the time of cancellation.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
ZKS Hajj Group reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the pilgrims to review the policy regularly.
